The Squishy, Stinky Diaper is a delightful, fun, and entertaining picture book for preschool children. The words are age appropriate with short sentences. The pages are nicely illustrated and the pictures and words "flow nicely together." The underlying message is heart-warming--mommy fixes things. I can't think of anything I would change. Lovely!
Kids love the sounds of words like stinky and squishy, and they are words we would use with a young child. They are "fun" words to say and "fun" words to read. I think it's a great story. If I had a child that age, I would buy it.

The illustrations are engaging and colorful and sure to catch the attention of a toddler, while the story covers something they are very familiar with from, what to them, is probably a new perspective. Lovely story.

The Squishy, Stinky Diaper is a very cute little book. It reminded me of my little granddaughter who can be that little cranky baby who needs a change. She is one and a half years old, loves books and would enjoy sitting and listening to her mother or grandma read this book to her. It is a quick little read with adorable illustrations, perfect for toddlers and very young children. This little book gets the "grandma vote".

The Squishy, Stinky Diaper is a simple, sweet story showing Mommy transforming a squirmy, stinky baby into a clean happy one. I can just imagine the author trying to keep big sister amused telling her this story as she changes little sis. Toddlers to 3-4 year olds will enjoy this book, especially big brothers & sisters, because they are often jealous of, yet facinated by the new sibling. The charming illustrations made me smile. It would be a nice gift for a family expecting a new brother or sister.
